At Manor Farm Bed & Breakfast we want to make everyone's stay as enjoyable as possible, and are committed to providing suitable access for our guests, therefore we aim to accurately describe our facilities and services to give you the confidence to book for your specific requirements.

The main entrance has two shallow steps and one larger step up to the front door.

There is level access from the main gate to the steps at the front of the house.

There is a large gravel driveway with plenty of room for parking. The gates into the drive are tight but can accommodate larger vehicles i.e vans

There are steps up the to the front door and a set of stairs up to the two bedrooms.

Both bathrooms are en-suite.

One room has a shower and the other has a bath with a shower over the top.

All bedrooms have windows.

Bedrooms have ceiling lights, bedside lamps and natural daylight.

We have non-allergic bedding.

We can move the bedroom furniture, to improve accessibility.
