BED AND BREAKFAST

Our Tariff is from £25.00 per adult per night when sharing, or from £28.00 on single occupancy. Families are charged according to the age of the children.

The Victorian Farmhouse is set in large gardens and has comfortable, spacious accommodation.

The Bedrooms are ensuite complete with colour television, tea and coffee making facilities, alarm clock radio, and hair drier. The bedrooms contain one double and one single bed, with an extra single bed  or cot if required by prior arrangement. This enables the rooms to be used for Double, Twin, or Family requirements.

Enjoy an English Breakfast of your choice and convenience. Start with orange juice, followed by cereals or Grapefruit. Have a full Breakfast with the egg cooked to your choice, fried poached or scrambled, with bacon and sausage, mushrooms and tomato. Then finish off with Tea or Coffee with as much toast as you can eat!

We do not provide an evening meal, however we are very well served by excellent village pubs  in the area. For anybody who is staying and walking the Wolds Way  or using public transport for travelling during the day, then on arrangement a lift is given to a pub nearby of your choice.

The farm is a working farm where guests are more than welcome to walk round the fields on marked farm walks, looking and observing the   wildlife . If you are interested then look around  St Andrew's Church , The key is available from your hosts, to look is free but a contribution to its renovation would be much appreciated.

The farm is centrally located for touring the area with lots of  places to visit. Visit York only half an hour away visiting Castle Howard on the way. Travel to the coast to  see, Whitby, Robin Hoods Bay, Scarborough, Filey or Bridlington. The Moors to see a beautiful National Park, and the Forest Drive and Park. The museums in our local market towns. The Modern History Theme Museum  Eden Camp at Malton, which won the National Visitor Attraction award in 1999. Or the theme park  Flamingoland  at Kirby Misperton.

If you enjoy fishing and hold a valid Course Fishing Licence, then you may fish in our  private pond for Roach, Rudd, and Carp. This is on the understanding that you return any fish caught.

We know that you will enjoy your stay with us and that you will want to come back to stay again in the future just like many of our present guests.
